I utilize a non-judgmental and strengths based approach to assist you in discovering your authentic self and empowering you to achieve your goals through life challenges and transitions. I hold a Master's of Science Degree from Montana State University- Billings along with experience and training serving diverse populations in a variety of settings. My education and experience in the field allow me to build healthy connections and deliver effective interventions to assist you in your goals. You are not alone.

Offering telehealth and In person mental health and addiction counseling services, assessments, and clinical supervision in Montana.
Currently accepting most private insurances, Montana Medicaid, and self-pay clients (Self pay discount available).
**Not able to accept Cigna or Medicare, Accepting most plans from BCBS and United Healthcare.
Rates-
Initial Diagnostic Appointment (new client first session/annual update)- $225
Individual Counseling 53-60 minutes- $195
Family and/or Couples Counseling 53-60 minutes- $190
Individual Counseling 45 minutes $155
Substance Use Disorder Evaluation and Report - $300 (Cash pay only, not billed to insurance)
